“I just wanted to follow up with you regarding a visit to Baily Place’s Cortland Branch this morning. I stopped in to remove a vehicle I gifted to my parents from my current insurance policy. The woman who helped me was very pleasant, informative and helpful. I’m not sure her name but she sits upfront on the left as you are standing at the counter. I work with people all day and am familiar with the employees I oversee not doing the “best” job possible and from time to time displaying an attitude of general un-interest. That was the exact opposite on my visit and just thought you should know. I was satisfied to the point that I will be stopping back in later this week to purchase a policy she quoted me, for a used boat I just picked up.”

“In Aug. 2012 I had an accident. Someone lost their brakes and hit me. I called Bailey Place Insurance and they were very helpful in getting Kemper to contact me. I dealt with an agent, Paul Kelly, and he was very helpful. On the day I called, they sent someone to do the estimate. The next week I had a check for the damages. I was told I would have to pay the deductible. I explained it was not my fault and didn’t feel I should have to pay it. A week later after receiving the check for the damages, I received the check for the deductible. My entire experience was wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion.
