Responsibilities include greeting customers, routing incoming calls, assisting with payments and more. Business Account Assistant

At Bailey Place Insurance the Business Account Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Business Account Managers.

The role would develop over time but would begin with learning to help the account managers with a few tasks. As you progress the role would expand with continued training.

Interested individuals should have excellent customer service skills. Good organizational skills are required, as well as strong communication and people skills.

Basic computer skills are required and we will train you on the use of our industry management system and insurance company websites.

You would be a member of a well-respected insurance agency in Cortland and Tompkins Counties.
